PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit of $150.00 or credit card number is required at the time of booking with the balance due at the time of departure.
Fifteen (15) day written notice is required for cancellations.
3% Interest charged on all overdue cruise accounts over fourteen days. Cancellation due to weather conditions shall be at the discretion of the Captain.
WEATHER: - Weather conditions vary greatly at times across the province and the boats are fully enclosed. Because we operate in a sheltered tidal estuary, wind, rain and
rough sea conditions are never a problem,
(we've never had anyone get sea-sick.)

RECONFIRMATION POLICY:
The Tour Manager "MUST" reconfirm two business days prior to departure with the final guest count and expected arrival time. Billing will be based on this final count.Gratuities: Our energetic and enthusiastic crew work extremely hard providing excellent service to ensure your guests enjoy the most memorable experience possible. MANADA LOBSTER FEAST SUPREME (Maximum seating 36)
Your dinner begins with a delicious bowl of homemade seafood chowder next, all you can eat fresh steamed Mussels Manada Style with drawn garlic butter and heaps of crusty rolls, followed by a cooked to perfection1 - 1 1/4 lb Lobster in the shell garnished with fresh lettuce and tomato and served with drawn butter, home made potato salad and coleslaw. This feast is topped off with a scrumptious piece of homemade dessert with tea and coffee. The cost is $45.00 per person plus 5% GST.
