PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Unless otherwise arranged)
A deposit of $150.00 or credit card number is required at the time of booking with the balance due at the time of departure. Thirty (30) day written notice is required for cancellations. Cancellation due to weather conditions shall be by mutual agreement.

WEATHER: - Weather conditions vary greatly at times across the province and the boats are fully enclosed. Because we operate in a sheltered tidal estuary, wind, rain and
rough sea conditions are never a problem,
(we never had anyone get sea-sick.)

Attention Tour Managers

Tour Managers should verify local conditions the day of departure
if there is a concern about the weather.

RECONFIRMATION POLICY:
The Tour Manager must” reconfirm two business days prior to departure with the final guest count and expected arrival time. Billing will be based on this final count.
This policy is necessary particularly for charters that include buffet lunches, because of the time required to procure supplies and prepare the buffet.

PARTY MUNCHIES
Consists of chip& dip, pretzels, nachos & dip, party mix, humus & crackers, etc. with choice of fruit juice or soft drinks and Iced tea.

PIZZA PARTY
Lots of the party size pizza per person, fresh steamed mussels with garlic butter and crackers, with a fruit juice, iced tea and homemade cookies each.

ISLAND BLUE MUSSELS
For an extra special value added treat and a fun way to do lunch, why not include our very popular “ISLAND BLUE MUSSEL BUFFET”: featuring a fruit and vegetable tray with dip appetizer, all you can eat fresh steamed Island Blue Mussels (Manada Style), with garlic butter, crackers/cheese, refreshing iced tea and coffee.

MUSSEL & CHOWDER DELIGHT
This Delight will please most everyone. All you can eat fresh steamed Island Blue Mussels (Manada Style), with garlic butter. A hearty bowl of homemade seafood chowder with fresh homemade rolls & butter,refreshing iced tea and hot coffee with homemade cookies.

THREE-COURSE, SANDWICH AND MUSSELS
This three-course luncheon buffet consists of all you can eat “fresh steamed Island Blue Mussels” (Manada Style) with garlic butter,  “ a make it your way sandwich” with assorted cold cuts, cheeses, condiments and fresh baked rolls, refreshing iced tea, coffee and homemade cookies. (Available as a group add-on only). 

FOUR-COURSE, SANDWICH AND MUSSELS
This four-course luncheon buffet consists of a vegetable / fruit tray with dip appetizer, all you can eat “fresh steamed Island Blue Mussels” (Manada Style) with garlic butter, a make it your way sandwich” with assorted cold cuts, cheeses, condiments and fresh baked rolls, refreshing iced tea, coffee and homemade cookies.

FIVE-COURSE, SOUP/SANDWICH AND MUSSELS
This five-course luncheon buffet consists of a vegetable / fruit tray with dip appetizer, all you can eat “fresh steamed Island Blue Mussels” (Manada Style) with garlic butter, home made garden fresh vegetable soup, “ a make it your way sandwich” with assorted cold cuts, cheeses, condiments and fresh baked rolls, refreshing iced tea, coffee and homemade cookies. (Available as a group add-on only).  

Manada Lobster Feast Supreme (Maximum seating 36)
Your dinner begins with a delicious bowl of homemade seafood chowder next, all you can eat fresh steamed Mussels Manada Style with drawn garlic butter and heaps of crusty rolls, followed by a cooked to perfection 1 1/4 lb Lobster in the shell garnished with fresh lettuce and tomato and served with drawn garlic butter, home made potato salad and coleslaw. This feast is topped off with a scrumptious piece of homemade pie with tea and coffee.

(For those who don't like Seafood, we offer Chicken dish with a garden salad, homemade potato salad and coleslaw including rolls, desert and beverages as a substitute.  (Available as a group add-on only).
